Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of AgentLedger Security.

Effective August 29, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and WickedAdmin LLC, operator of AgentLedger Security. By using the service, you represent that you can enter into this agreement and, if acting for an organization, that you can bind that organization.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and API keys, controlling authorized users, and all activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. The service

AgentLedger evaluates proposed agent actions against configured authority and policy, records decisions, supports human approvals, and can deliver signed completion notifications. You remain responsible for your agents, prompts, policies, connected systems, executors, approval decisions, and the legality and consequences of actions taken.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AgentLedger to violate law or third-party rights; compromise, probe, or disrupt systems without authorization; distribute malware; bypass access or usage controls; misrepresent identity or authority; or use the service for abusive, fraudulent, or dangerous activity.

5. Customer data and confidentiality

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and secure that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices for information you submit. Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party’s confidential information.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees and applicable taxes are charged through Stripe. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

AgentLedger and its software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may apply limits needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or plan enforcement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AgentLedger is a control layer, not legal, financial, compliance, or security advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@agentledgersecurity.com.
