1. Who we are
AgentLedger Security is a service operated by WickedAdmin LLC (“AgentLedger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to agentledgersecurity.com, app.agentledgersecurity.com, and the AgentLedger services.
2. Information we collect
We collect account and organization details such as names, email addresses, roles, and authentication records; configuration data such as agents, allowed actions, policies, API-key metadata, and webhook endpoints; and service data such as action requests, policy decisions, approvals, timestamps, execution results, and audit records.
We also collect device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, security, and usage information. Billing is processed by Stripe. We receive subscription, customer, payment status, and limited billing information from Stripe, but we do not store complete payment-card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, evaluate actions, route approvals, deliver webhooks, maintain audit evidence, administer subscriptions and usage limits, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve AgentLedger.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate AgentLedger, including infrastructure, database, authentication, monitoring, email, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention may vary by plan and data category. Account deletion requests may be subject to legally required or security-related retention.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@agentledgersecurity.com.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update account information in the service and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children
AgentLedger is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
